Reaching out for help can be a challenge in and of itself. Whether you are wanting support in exploring a specific transition or looking to understand patterns in relationships over the course of your life, my goal is to be able to listen to what you’re noticing and help you in developing a clearer picture of the hurdles you’re facing so that together we can come up with a plan for overcoming them.

Right now might be a good time to start therapy with me if…

  • you’re coping with a life transition (job/career change, relationship change, family change) that seems to be occupying more of your mental energy than you think it should

  • you’ve experienced trauma (recently or in the past) and you’re hoping to understand your experience and your reactions more

  • you’re overwhelmed by your feelings (such as sadness, worry, or anger)

  • you’re feeling lonely and isolated from others

  • you’ve had challenges with change or transition in the past and you know you’re about to face a new transition
